Biography of ARNIE R. FISK
FISK, Arnie R. (1949- ). Born in Kenora, Ontario, a self-taught artist, Fisk studied history at the University of Windsor. After working at a variety of jobs and living in Hong Kong (1972-76), North America (1976-78), and in British Columbia since 1978, he began to paint full-time. He works with oil, watercolour and acrylic in a realistic style. His subjects include coastal landscapes, wildlife and regional ship portraits in British Columbia. He is also a graphic designer, printmaker and muralist.
